Red Citrus Salad With Berries, Pears, and Pomegranate

blood oranges

1

red grapefruit

1

red pear

1

4-oz. container raspberries

1/2 c.

pomegranate seeds

1/2 c.

Greek yogurt

4 tsp.

honey

zest of 1 lime

Directions
  1. Remove peel and pith from blood oranges and red grapefruit; cut into slices. Cut red pear into slices and divide fruit among 4 plates.
  2. Scatter raspberries and pomegranate seeds over top. Dollop with Greek yogurt and drizzle with honey. Grate lime zest over top.
